Mayoral Candidate Forum Beats Expectations

On February 12th, we hosted our Mayoral Candidate Forum at the Santa Fe Community College. With approximately 86 members of the audience, we had a much larger turnout than expected.

The candidates seemed relaxed and open to our agenda, handling themselves politely and positively (as this was their 16th forum, they were well practiced). We were able to present six questions, fewer than expected, but the candidates were all very mindful of the time limits. All candidates were very appreciative of the venue and of our professional efforts and lingered to talk with us and other attendees afterward.
