DEMOCRACY REFORM TALK AMONG DEM. PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BERNIE SANDERS AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW PROFESSORS LAWRENCE LESSIG AND ZEPHYR TEACHOUT

Equal Citizens and Open Democracy Action will be hosting a very exciting, democracy-reform-only town hall with Bernie Sanders, who will be interviewed by Larry Lessig and Zephyr Teachout. If you are lamenting the lack of talk of discussion of democracy reform, voting rights, and anti-corruption talk in debates, now is the chance to direct your supporters to an in-depth conversation about these issues with a top-tier presidential candidate!

INSTRUCTIONS: Go to New Mexicans for Money Out of Politics FB Page.  If you can’t find it crossposted there, then go to the Equal Citizen FB Page and RSVP.

Zephyr Teachout is an American attorney, perennial candidate for public office, and Associate Professor of Law at Fordham University. She is the author of several works on democracy and politics including Corruption in America: From Benjamin Franklin’s Snuffbox to Citizens United (2014) and Disrupt, Discredit, and Divide: How the New FBI Damages Democracy  (2019).
